Meet Denny Fraser

Denny Fraser has been a resident of Hilton Head Island since 1973. Born and raised in South Carolina he knows his state, local community and the law.

Denny Fraser has made Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry of South Carolina home for his family since 1973. After many successful years working in the construction industry, Denny enrolled in the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1997, and earned the degree of Juris Doctor In 2000. He was admitted as a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2000, and soon after joined in the formation of Finger & Fraser, P.A. where he practiced for fourteen years. With the dawning of the new year, 2015, The Fraser Law Firm, LLC came to life. Denny Fraser is now a highly respected and well-known practicing attorney and author on Hilton Head Island.

Mission Statement

My primary goal in practice and that of my staff is to provide each client with prompt and competent legal representation, but just as importantly, my goal is to treat each client with the utmost respect, confidentiality, compassion and integrity in all dealings with The Fraser Law Firm, LLC. People seeking legal representation are entitled to expect more at a law firm than good attorneys, they are entitled to expect good people as well – people of uncompromised character who place the needs of the client first and foremost and endeavor to exceed the clients expectations in all aspects of representation.
